When a call to your business number goes unanswered, the system sends that caller a text within 5 minutes. They can reply by text, and the thread sits in the CRM with their number and the time of the original call. Yes. Leads are tied to the source that produced them, so you can see whether a booking came from organic search, Google Ads, Meta or a direct call. That is also how we build the monthly reports, so ad budget decisions are based on booked trips rather than guesses.
Yes. We install the chat widget on the site you already have. You do not need a new website to use the CRM, though website design and optimization is available as a standalone service at $3,500 one time plus $100 per month hosting, or $249 per month with hosting included.
Your contacts and lead history are yours. We do not lock clients into proprietary systems, the same way we do not lock you into your website code or content. If you leave, you take your data with you.
