About Us

We started with a simple idea: adventure changes people. Whether it’s the adventure of running a business, exploring the outdoors, or walking a journey of faith, adventure stretches us, grows us, and leaves a lasting impact. We saw outfitters and guides pouring their hearts into their work, but struggling to grow and sustain their businesses. That’s where we come in – to help turn passion into thriving, sustainable impact.

Our Mission

We exist to inspire adventure in the lives of others – whether that’s the adventure of building a business, exploring the outdoors, or pursuing a journey of faith. By giving more than we take and serving with integrity, we aim to create meaningful experiences for our clients that fuel growth and lasting impact for their businesses.

Our Vision

We envision a community of 120 outfitters thriving in their businesses, reaching more people, and multiplying their impact. Our role is to equip, guide, and support them as they grow – so they can focus on doing what they do best: leading people into adventure.

Our Core Values

Growth Minded

We embrace curiosity and constant improvement – for ourselves, our clients, and the communities we serve.

Truth Tellers

We believe honesty builds trust. We speak with clarity and integrity, even when it’s hard.

Give More Than We Take

Generosity is at the heart of how we work. We invest in people, relationships, and experiences that create lasting value.

Committed to People

We put people first – whether that’s our clients, partners, or team – because strong relationships fuel meaningful impact.

Rooted In Creation

The outdoors is God’s handiwork, and when we step into it, we experience Him, grow through challenge, and find joy in His creation.

“Thousands of tired, nerve-shaken, over-civilized people are beginning to find out that going to the mountains is going home; that wildness is a necessity; and that mountain parks and reservations are useful not only as fountains of timber and irrigating rivers, but as fountains of life.”

“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.”
